Tasting Notes

It’s Monday, it’s been a cloudy day, it’s been misty here and there all day, it’s Pumpkin Spice season at Starbucks. These points lead us to only one conclusion, Summer is quickly fading into the rearview mirror. It doesn’t make sense to me, though. We still have all of September, and let’s not forget the first couple weeks of October. There is still summer-like weather ahead of us, but it is 7:20 at night, with the sun fading into the background for the day. Fall is knocking at the door. One of the many things I adore the heck out of wine is the memories a bottle brings to the forefront. I remember sitting in the tasting room and going through the different Estate Pinot Noirs. I enjoyed the 03 Blend the most. Tonight, I wonder if I would pick the same one. I mean, the 01 and 02 Blend was also pretty darn tasty. As I mentioned earlier, Fall is right around the corner, which means there is a new lineup of wines to try at King’s North. This also means I must stop in and say hi to Mac and Sid. If I am lucky, I get the opportunity to say to their mom as well! If you haven’t visited King’s North, get them on your list, and when you see Mac, Sid, or their mom at the tasting room, please tell me, “A.J. sent me!” 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
