It is Friday night before the 4th of July. It is hands down my favorite holiday of the year. Sharing food, stories, and beverages with my neighbors is the best! As kids have gotten older, we no longer hang out for the sake of hanging out while our kids play outside.
I was planning to make pizzas for everyone on Tuesday, but with the forecast saying it will be close to 100, I will pass. Instead, I am making a tri-tip Mac and cheese. There will likely be something in addition. Stay tuned!
For tonight’s wine, it needed to be Sparkling! I also craved Corollary since I had a bit on Sunday and a little last night. I wanted to sit and appreciate everything that went into this bottle. Seeing Dan and Jeanne's journey over the previous few years is inspiring. If Corollary isn’t on your radar, get them on your list because they will be one of the “heavy hitters” in the years to come!
