Tasting Notes

I have always been a fan of the wines produced by Tom because of his exceptional and precise winemaking approach, which results in truly unique creations. It's not often that you come across a blend of Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, but Tom manages to combine them harmoniously to create something truly delicious. The 2022 Pray Tell "Brezza" (Italian for “breeze”) Red Blend is composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Syrah, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. When you pour this wine into a glass, you're immediately struck by its stunning red velvet color. On the mid-palate there is an enjoyable balance between the Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Usually, one flavor dominates, but in this case, they are all equally present. I can't help but wonder how this wine will evolve over the next 10 years. The acidity of the wine is perfectly balanced, and the tannins are integrated, promising a great future for this blend. A Note On The Label:In the spirit of lightness and playfulness, this label was inspired by the pinwheels of Tom's childhood. Standing in the breeze and marveling at the bevy of colors. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
