Tasting Notes

It’s a Tuesday night wine kind of night. But, summer is in full effect, and what better way to keep in the spirit of non-pumpkin spice latte season than to pop open a bottle of cool crisp Bubbles! I remember hearing about Corollary early on in 2020. My sense of adventure is nowhere near what it is today. My voice and what I wanted to accomplish was an infant. If I am lucky, my pre-teen years are where I am today. Yet, there is so much I still don’t know. I am still trying to figure out how to properly convey the stories and the people behind those stories in the world of wine. Some stories magically fall from the sky, like Jeanne and Dan from Corollary. I first tasted their Cuvee One at an event in early summer last year. Jessica Cortell brought a bottle, and I was sucked down a rabbit hole I couldn’t escape. We are maybe on chapter two or three of their story as they recently purchased land for planting a vineyard and building a winery along with a tasting room. I hope they have multiple sunglasses cases because their freakin future is bright as all get out. If you seriously have not tasted with them yet, I promise you their wines are spectacular. Dan and Jeanne are amazing people, and think about how many people you will make happy bringing Bubbles to your next get-together! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
