Day 6 of Oregon Sparkling!
Earlier this week, Sofia and Ryan celebrated a ten-year milestone of purchasing ten acres of land, turning it into a vineyard. Congratulations on ten years of hard work and making your dreams become a reality!
🥂 Fact
Drinking Sparkling from a flute displays the bubbles spectacularly, but drinking from these glasses isn’t exactly the best. So when you are out and ordering Sparkling, ask for a Chardonnay glass to capture the nose better while getting mad respect from wine staff.
🥂 Winery
When I think about a family vineyard and going after your dream Cramoisi comes to mind. Husband and Wife team Ryan and Sofia found land off Worden Hill with a tasting room nestled into the vineyard. You will not be disappointed with winemaker Drew Voit, who has a resume to include Shea, Domaine Serene, Elizabeth Chambers, and more. Drew worked with Ryan and Sofia to create a Sparkling that immediately sold out, and members are chopping at the bit for next year’s vintage.
