Tonight is the perfect night for Pinot! There is a nice breeze. The sun is hiding behind a nice layer of clouds. It's amazing outside! So I decided to open a little something out of the ordinary. A Pinot from @domaineserene but from the French side of the house. As I dive deeper and deeper into Oregon’s wine country, there are so many stories originating with Domaine Serene. In this week’s newsletter, I had a weird little story to share about the Gold Eagle block. For me, it was fascinating. I hope you enjoy it as well.
