Can you believe it is already Oregon Wine Month? 2021 is moving at the speed of my empty wine glass. How does one choose which wine to open to kick off a special month? I debated for quite some time, and finally decided to pick an older I recently from an IPNC auction. I mean a 9 year old Oregon Pinot procured from the offices of IPNC, fits the bill for me. What are you opening tonight to kick off Oregon Wine Month?
