We all know Tony Soter produces top-quality wines from Soter. When you start to dive into his back story, he consulted for Shafer Vineyards in the Stags Leap AVA close to Napa. I don’t remember when I read his last Napa Cab was available for purchase, but I made a note of it. Almost a year later, I pulled the trigger and bought a couple of bottles. Last night I decided to open one up. There is something to be said about an aged Cab! Also, look at the cork on this bad boy.
