Tasting Notes
If you didn’t watch my IG Stories yesterday, you missed the announcement of my wine report called Weinnotes: Oregon 2020 is complete! All 161 pages diving into the depths of 36 wineries along with picking some favorite Pinots, Chards and got to include Riesling! I also choose my favorite winery and wine of 2020. It is getting released on Saturday via my newsletter, but if you seriously can’t wait, there is a link in my bio to get it now.
You might ask yourself, how does one celebrate finishing a year-long 161-page project? I popped the cork on a 2017 Freya Herman from 00 for a couple of different reasons! One, I needed to finish the tasting note, and two, 00 was the main reason I embarked upon a deeper appreciation of Chardonnay this year. If you haven’t given Chardonnay a chance, please reach out to me, and I will give you some tips on what to try.
