Tasting Notes
It’s an interesting exercise doing a one-person blind tasting, but totally worth the experience. Yes, I knew the five bottles. Yes, it wasn’t perfect, but not being influenced by the label brought about a completely different perspective.
Want to know how many I got correct? Zip, zero, nada a single freakin one. I need to keep practicing! I also wished we were not in the depths of a pandemic. I so want to form an in-person tasting group for true blind tastings.
