Wine Wednesday was all about tasting 10 Oregon Chards side by side. It’s amazing to experience the difference of expression each wine brings to the table. Everything here is amazing beyond belief. Some grab you in subtle differences while others grab you. There is one in the group stands out because it doesn’t fit the standard of what you think a chard should be. So fun to do! If you have a coravin I highly suggest you doing something of the same fashion.
