Yeah I know Pinot Gris doesn't pair well with enchiladas, but it was the bottle needing to be opened for my WSET 2 course. Still learning so much and my biggest take away tonight is this has way less structure then a Chardonnay. There was next to nothing on the nose and nothing on the palate either.
