Tasting Notes
After a nice vacation to Italy, so many thoughts are running through my mind. There is no way I can begin to express everything here. I am sure more will come out in the newsletter on Saturday, but there are two thoughts I can describe here. First, it is summer, and wow, we didn’t have to wait until July 5th this year. Secondly, community is everything.
With it being a hot Oregon day and the desire to be close to community, I couldn’t think of a better bottle to open than the 2019 Momtazi Vineyard Sparkling from Corollary. To try and describe this wine is impossible. The Momtazi vineyard is exceptional, and what Dan and Jeanne do with the fruit from here is nothing short of spectacular. I feel incredibly grateful to know the path Corollary has taken and to somewhat know the direction they are going. It is all about community and creating some stellar experiences along this path, we call life.
