Tasting Notes
Last week was definitely a busy week, but I wouldn’t take it back for the world. In particular, the previous three days have been full of hugs and smiles all around, enhanced with crazy gorgeous weather the last two days. So tonight has been all about sitting back, relaxing with a side of reflecting.
The 2019 Cuvee Anne from Walter Scott is hitting the spot tonight. I have yet to have a 2019 I didn’t adore, and this is no different. The acidity on this is excellent, and I can only imagine what this bottle will be like in 10 years.
