Tasting Notes
Did you have a big smile on your face today, looking out the window to see the big ball of fire in the sky make itself known? I did multiple times over!
It was a gorgeous day outside, so I had to fire up the grill. I also opened a wine I had been holding onto. The wine is the 2019 Bledsoe McDaniels Vefore Vineyard Syrah. I am quite the fan of the Lefore vineyard, and there is a balance of weight of lightness for this Syrah that makes my knees melt. Having a nice hunk of protein with a Syrah is standard. The Vefore Vineyard Syrah can easily be enjoyed by itself or with a nice juicy ribeye.
Please excuse me while I fire up the grill, and soak up the sun for a peaceful evening.
