2019 Aubaine Anahata Vineyard Pinot Noir Review

It is the start of the weekend, and I am all in on the summer weather! Outside of Monday, when it was nasty out, I was outside the remainder of the week, soaking up the sun and working on the back deck. It’s also a little challenging to get my head around the fact 4th of July is right around the corner….. In wanting a wine that hit the spot on so many levels to celebrate summer, I had to open the 2019 Aubaine Anahata Vineyard Pinot Noir a couple of days back. I am currently on day three, and oh me, oh my, this wine gets better with time! I find the 2019 Aubaine Anahata Vineyard Pinot Noir is sultry and seductive, leaving your mid-palate lusting for more. As you pour the wine into your glass, take note of the dark juice that beckons you to take a closer look. Upon further inspection, you'll detect a delightful blend of dark red fruits with a subtle hint of spice on the nose. On the palate, this wine is a thrill ride. The dark red fruits make a dramatic entrance, soaring lower than Tom Cruise in Maverick before exploding into a passionate, velvety-smooth sea of integrated tannins. The finish is simply divine, with a lingering old-world spice that transports you to a world where worries melt away. Overall, the 2019 Aubaine Anahata Vineyard Pinot Noir is impossible to resist. With its deep, dark fruits, well-integrated tannins, and rich finish, this bottle will disappear quickly.
