Tasting Notes

Tennessee lost today to Georgia, but I must confess Georgia found Tennessee’s weakness and stopped the explosive plays. Kirby Smart is one heck of a coach, and I hope we don’t have to play Georgia again in the playoffs. My wine during the game was Corollary’s 2018 Namaste Sparkling. This year I have been opening Sparkling for the game, and it’s nice to have something light and refreshing to enjoy while TN has exploded past their opponents (except for today). The 2018 Namaste is a blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir giving an outstanding balance and an acidity structure that is sure to stand the test of time. My problem is I don’t have enough self-discipline to hold onto these bottles. They are so darn good! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
