Tasting Notes
This time of the year and Saturdays are all about TN football and Sparkling when I am not in wine country. I had the 2018 Namaste Sparkling from Corollary a couple of weekends back, and I still remember the perfect balance of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. With the grapes coming from the Namaste vineyard in the heart of the Van Duzer Corridor, those winds thicken the skin of the grapes, and Holy Toledo, it doesn't hurt that the vineyard is a little over 40 years old.
I try not to open these bottles, but sometimes you must give in. Luckily, the fall shipment is just around the corner, and I can start to hide some more bottles.
