Tasting Notes
Here we are more than halfway through November. My neighbor started putting up Christmas lights today. I understand that there was no rain, but I’m still far from getting into the Christmas spirit. Perhaps I’ll get there after Thanksgiving.
Today was a day of coding, picking up some wine, and settling in to watch the TN-GA football game. Both teams have so much at stake, and this season for the Vols is truly remarkable. I’m trying my best to stay calm at halftime when both teams are tied at 17.
Now, what will help TN win today? Well, that’s easy: the 2018 Namaste Sparkling from Corollary is the missing piece to this game. If you haven’t heard of Corollary yet, where have you been? Are you aware of their fantastic tasting room that opened earlier this year? I’m telling you, this wine is the winning variable that will help TN beat Georgia and make you look like a superstar.
