Tasting Notes

The other day I was in New Seasons and noticed they had Ahi Tuna Skewers. I wasn’t in a place to jump on it, but I made a mental note. Yesterday, I went back, and they still had ‘em. I debated between getting the Ahi Tuna steak or the skewers. Everyone at New Seasons is crazy friendly, and the guy helping me mentioned the marinade on the skewers was pretty kickin. Done. With this being my first time grilling Ahi, I need more practice. I felt it needed something more. Stay tuned for more grilling with Ahi Tuna, and if you have any tips, let me know. The 2018 Goodfellow Whistling Ridge Chardonnay didn’t need anything more. It was fan-freaking-tastic! I made a note to dive more into Goodfellow wines this year. I have heard great things. . . . . 📰 Want to know more about Oregon Wine and Wineries sign up for my weekly newsletter. Link in the Bio! 🍷
