Tasting Notes

What does one do on a cold and sunny day? I don’t know what you would do, but I got out for a bike ride! For some reason, I thought I could go at the same pace I was tracking a few months back. Needless to say, my patootski was kicked, but most gloriously. I wanted something solid tonight, and one of my reliable go-to Pinots is from Audeant. The 2018 Audeant Pinot Noir again shows classic signs of the 2018 vintage with super dark colors in the glass. There is the slightest bit of pleasant forest floor funk on the nose. On entry, it is crazy smooth and elegant. Mid-palate, you are presented with a solid structure of dark fruit and soft tannins, giving way to a finish where that forest floor funk slowly captures your attention again. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
