Tasting Notes
Getting out yesterday was absolute bliss! The air was breathable, I could see blue skies and some great wines were tasted. The highlight of my day was the inaugural 2018 Audeant Chardonnay from the Seven Springs vineyard. I throughly enjoyed the subtle spice on the nose, mid palate and in the finish. I am making sure this one gets put down for awhile to enjoy for a special occasion or a great social gathering!
