Tasting Notes

What does one open on a stormy Sunday? Weather like today reminds me of curling up with a nice hot beef stew or maybe twice-baked cheesy mashed potatoes—basically, comfort food. What does one pair with comfort food? Well, comfort wine, of course! One of my comfort wines is the 2017 Running With Scissors Pinot from Arlyn. It was this time last year I visited for the first time. I was blown away by the amount of authenticity, the view, how quiet everything was, and of course, the wines. If you haven’t been, make a reservation to visit soon! Plus, it is not too early to start thinking Thanksgiving wine! . . . . 📰 Want to know more about Oregon Wine and Wineries sign up for my weekly newsletter. Link in the Bio! 🍷
