2017 Corral Creek Vineyard Riesling Review

Getting back into the groove of life on a Monday during summer isn’t exactly the best of times. I want to continue being carefree and not have the ping of death from Teams constantly bringing me back to reality. Time to put on the big boy pants and hop to it! Over the weekend, I enjoyed a 2017 Corral Creek Vineyard Riesling from Elevee. We don’t talk enough about Oregon Rieslings, and what a shame. The Corral Creek Riesling is a perfect example of a dry Riesling showing off stone fruit on the nose, mid-palate, and mouth-watering finish showing off the aging potential for years to come!
