Tasting Notes

It’s Friday and let’s pop some Champagne, and oh me, oh my! The 2017 Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve is fan-freakin-tastic comprised of 50% or more reserve wine aged up to 20 years with a 60/40/10 blend of Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. The mid-palate has a super crisp, clean texture, but the finish is where you want to pay attention. The acidity factor leaves you salivating for more and is out of the world! Cheers to a killer weekend! . . 📰 Want to know more about Oregon Wine and Wineries sign up for my weekly newsletter. Link in the Bio! 🍷
