For Wine Wednesday, I am enjoying homemade chocolate mousse cups with a 2016 Brasserie 19 Dix-Neuf produced and bottled by Evening Land. The body on this nice and full with a nice balance of acidity and fruit. The finish is also nice and long. So good for a hot summer night.
