2009 Andrew Rich Columbia Valley Syrah Review

When you are on a conference call for three hours, missed lunch, and are hungry, food decisions go down the drain. What did I think when I ordered a crazy number of pieces of fried chicken and biscuits to go with? My decision for wine was on par, though. This 2009 Andrew Rich Columbia Valley Syrah hit the spot. Obviously, it is heavier than a Pinot, but talk about enjoyable! I would say bring on the weekend, but I have a metric crap-ton of branches to cut and a new puppy coming.
